Wesley hasn't had a really good "first" in a while, so Mike and I were excited to carve into this pumpkin with him!
Not surprising, he had to try to pick it up first.

It took some convincing but he finally stuck his hand inside.
This is actually Wes putting the seeds back inside the pumpkin! He loved playing with the pumpkin innards once they were in the bowl. I sorted the seeds with the thought of roasting them, but Wes figured scattering them all over the kitchen was a much better idea. Oh well, roasted pumpkin seeds next year!
