Michael does not eat avocado's but luckily my little buddy loves them, or more specifically, he loves guacamole! And who doesn't really?? (besides Michael) Whenever we have chips and over-ripe avocados, a batch of homemade guacamole is definitely on the to-make and to-eat list!
